Target: transactable SaaS on Microsoft Marketplace for Standard ($199 / €199) and Fleet ($499 / €499). Offers are in Partner Center certification — not publicly listed yet. Enterprise commits use private offers only.
Card checkout on app.blekline.com is live today.
Prerequisites (publisher)
- Partner Center commerce profile and identity verified.
- Transactable SaaS offer with landing page + webhook on
app.blekline.com. - Azure AI Language for cloud masking (Azure consumption — separate from Marketplace billing).
- No requirement to host Postgres on Azure — Supabase or other EEA Postgres is valid.
Operators: private runbook docs/enterprise-private/AZURE_MARKETPLACE_OPERATOR_GUIDE.md (not public).
Purchase path (when offers are live)
- Find the Blekline offer in Azure Marketplace (after Partner Center publish).
- Choose Get it now → complete checkout in the Azure portal on a subscription tied to your billing account.
- Blekline receives a PendingOperations webhook; an operator Activates the subscription and links it to your workspace.
- Your workspace
channelbecomesazure— same product shells as card checkout, without double Stripe billing UI.
MACC and co-sell honesty
- MACC decrement only applies when the offer is Azure-benefit-eligible at purchase time and checkout happens in the Azure portal.
- Card checkout on the Marketplace website does not count toward MACC.
- Do not publish "MACC eligible" until Partner Center shows the badge on the live offer.
Metering (Standard hosted mask)
Hosted mask overage on Standard is reported via Marketplace Metering API (mask_units dimension) in 1,000-unit blocks, aligned with Stripe metered billing for card customers.
- Included pool: 100,000 hosted mask units / UTC month
- Overage list: $8 / €8 per 1,000 units
- Default spend cap: 2× platform fee — throttles hosted mask at cap (raise under Usage)
Fleet and Enterprise production masking runs in-cluster — not hosted /api/mask.
Container offer (AKS)
Platform teams can deploy the NHIM sidecar via Azure Container Marketplace on managed AKS once that offer is published. Fleet SaaS entitlement (or private offer) is still required for workspace activation — see Container Marketplace.
Enterprise private offers
Regulated buyers should prefer an Azure private offer over invoice when procurement allows it:
- Accrues Marketplace Billed Sales toward IP co-sell / MACC thresholds
- Deployment target (OpenShift, private cloud) is independent of purchase channel — buy SaaS entitlement via Azure, deploy Helm outside Marketplace

In-app subscribe
On Billing, workspaces see Subscribe with Azure only when NEXT_PUBLIC_AZURE_MARKETPLACE_STANDARD_URL (and Fleet URL when set) point at live listing URLs.
